1. DMCA Compliance Overview
Reflexsat IPTV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our service to do the same. We comply with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (the "DMCA"), codified at Title 17 of the United States Code, Section 512, and we maintain procedures by which copyright owners (or their authorized agents) may notify us of material they believe infringes their copyrights so that we can act expeditiously in accordance with the statute.
This DMCA Policy describes how to submit a notification of claimed infringement, how an affected user may submit a counter-notification, and how Reflexsat IPTV handles notices and repeat infringers. By accessing or using reflexsatiptv.tv, you agree to be bound by this policy together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Notification of Claimed Infringement — Required Information
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe in good faith that material accessible through Reflexsat IPTV infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification of claimed infringement to our designated agent. To be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include substantially all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material — for example, the URL of the page on reflexsatiptv.tv, the specific stream, channel name, or VOD title at issue.
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, including your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and a valid email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Failure to comply substantially with the requirements of § 512(c)(3) may render your notification ineffective and may delay or prevent action on your claim. We strongly recommend consulting an attorney before submitting a DMCA notice if you are uncertain about your rights or the requirements of the statute.
3. Where to Send DMCA Notices
To expedite review, please submit DMCA notifications by email to our designated agent at:
Email: help@catchontv1.email
Subject line: DMCA Notice: [Title of Work]
Using the prescribed subject line helps route your notice to the correct team and reduces processing time. Notices that are incomplete, unclear, or fail to identify the allegedly infringing material with reasonable specificity will be returned with a request for additional information.
Upon receipt of a valid notification, Reflexsat IPTV will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material identified, will take reasonable steps to notify the user who supplied or accessed the material that the content has been removed, and will document the notice in our internal records as required by law.
4. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you are a Reflexsat IPTV user and you believe that material you posted, transmitted, or accessed was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent. Pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3), a valid counter-notification must include substantially all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Reflexsat IPTV may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification under § 512(c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person.
Upon receipt of a compliant counter-notification, we will forward a copy to the original complaining party. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the affected user within ten (10) business days, we may, in our discretion and in accordance with § 512(g), restore the removed material in not less than ten (10) and not more than fourteen (14) business days following our receipt of the counter-notice.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
Consistent with the safe-harbor requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(i), Reflexsat IPTV has adopted and reasonably implements a policy that provides for the termination, in appropriate circumstances, of subscribers and account holders who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyrighted works. We track the number of valid notifications received against each account, and accounts that accumulate multiple substantiated complaints will be subject to suspension or permanent termination as detailed in our Terms of Service.
Termination decisions are made on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the totality of the circumstances. We reserve the right to terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, where we determine in good faith that the user has engaged in repeat or egregious infringement.
6. False Claims Warning
The DMCA imposes meaningful penalties on parties who misuse its takedown procedures. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing — or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification — may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, incurred by the alleged infringer, by any copyright owner or authorized licensee, or by Reflexsat IPTV, as a result of our reliance on such misrepresentation in removing or disabling, or in restoring, the material.
Before submitting a DMCA notice or counter-notice, please consider whether the use you are complaining about is protected by fair use, license, or another lawful basis. If you are not certain, we strongly encourage you to consult qualified legal counsel.
7. Disclaimer
Reflexsat IPTV operates as a service provider that aggregates publicly available signals and re-streams them for the convenience of subscribers. We do not own, produce, host, or upload the audio-visual content carried over the streams accessible through our service; the underlying programming is supplied by third-party broadcasters, networks, and rights-holders.
Because we act as an intermediary "service provider" within the meaning of 17 U.S.C. § 512(k), the appropriate avenue for resolving copyright disputes about specific programs is to follow the DMCA notice procedure described above. Disabling access to identified material at the request of a verified copyright owner is the remedy that the statute provides, and it is the remedy we will apply when a valid notice is received.
Nothing in this disclaimer is intended to limit, waive, or otherwise diminish any defense, immunity, or limitation of liability available to Reflexsat IPTV under the DMCA, the Communications Decency Act, or any other applicable law.
8. Contact
All DMCA correspondence — including notifications of claimed infringement, counter-notifications, and inquiries about this policy — should be directed to our designated agent:
Reflexsat IPTV — Legal Department
Attn: Designated DMCA Agent
Email: help@catchontv1.email
Subject line: DMCA Notice: [Title of Work]
For non-copyright matters — including general inquiries, billing, technical support, or privacy questions — please use our Contact page rather than the DMCA address. Routing non-copyright correspondence through the designated agent slows down response times for legitimate takedown requests.
This DMCA Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in law or in our procedures. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when revisions were last made. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means, such as a notice on our website. Continued use of Reflexsat IPTV after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
