4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Legal authorities — when we are legally required to disclose information in response to a valid subpoena, court order, government investigation, or to protect our rights, our customers, or the public.

We never share your email or WhatsApp number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as it is needed to provide the service or to meet legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations. Account information (name, email, WhatsApp number, subscription history) is kept for the entire active life of your subscription and for twelve (12) months after the subscription ends, so we can handle renewal questions, refund requests under our Refund Policy, and any chargebacks. Server log data such as IP addresses and request logs is retained for ninety (90) days for security monitoring and abuse prevention, then automatically deleted. Stripe retains payment records under its own legally mandated retention schedule. After the relevant retention period, your data is deleted or fully anonymized.
