These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you," "user," or "subscriber") and Reflexsat IPTV ("we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the website reflexsatiptv.tv and the related IPTV subscription service. These Terms describe the rules that apply when you visit our website, sign up for a 24-hour free trial, purchase a subscription, or use any feature we make available to customers in the United States. By accessing the site or using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted everything in this document. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the service immediately.

2. Acceptance of Terms

You accept these Terms when you create an account, request a free trial, complete a purchase through our checkout, or otherwise use any portion of Reflexsat IPTV. If you are accepting on behalf of a household or another individual, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or household to these Terms. We may update this document from time to time, and continued use of the service after changes are posted means that you accept the updated version. Your acceptance also incorporates our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and DMCA Policy, which together with these Terms govern the relationship between you and Reflexsat IPTV.

3. Service Description

Reflexsat IPTV is an Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) subscription service focused on viewers in the United States. Active plans provide access to more than 24,000 live channels covering US, UK, and Canadian networks plus international, sports, and pay-per-view content, along with a video-on-demand library of more than 120,000 movies and TV shows in resolutions up to 4K Ultra HD. The service is delivered over your existing internet connection and is compatible with Smart TVs, Amazon Firestick, Android and iOS devices, Windows and Mac computers, MAG boxes, Apple TV, Roku, and Nvidia Shield. Channel lineups, VOD titles, and supported devices may change without notice as licensing and technical conditions evolve.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your state of residence, to create an account or buy a subscription. By using Reflexsat IPTV you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. You are also responsible for following all United States federal and state copyright laws, as well as any laws that apply where you actually watch the service. If you travel outside the US, you remain responsible for ensuring that your use of the service is permitted in that jurisdiction. We may refuse, suspend, or cancel any account that we reasonably believe does not meet these eligibility conditions.

5. Account & Subscription

When you purchase a plan we email you a set of credentials, typically a server URL together with a username and password or an M3U/Xtream playlist link. These credentials are personal to your household and must not be shared, sold, or distributed to third parties. Subscriptions are activated automatically once payment is confirmed, and the activation message is sent to the email address you provided at checkout. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account, including any unauthorized use that results from your failure to protect them.

6. Free Trial

We offer a 24-Hour Free Trial so that new users can test channel quality, app compatibility, and overall performance before paying for a subscription. The trial is limited to one activation per customer, household, or device, and abuse of the trial system, including the use of multiple email addresses or VPN-masked identities to obtain extra trials, may result in a permanent ban from the service. To activate the trial you must submit a valid email address and a working WhatsApp number on the free trial page. No payment information is collected during signup, and the trial does not convert into a paid subscription unless you decide to purchase a plan.

7. Payments & Billing

All payments are processed in United States Dollars (USD) through Stripe, our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Reflexsat IPTV does not store full credit or debit card numbers on its own servers. The price displayed at checkout is the total amount that will be charged for the subscription period you select, and applicable taxes are shown before you confirm the order. Subscriptions do not renew automatically unless you have explicitly chosen a recurring billing option at checkout. If a recurring plan is selected, you may cancel future renewals at any time by contacting us before the next billing date so that no further charges are made to your card.

8. Refund Policy

Reflexsat IPTV offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on first-time qualifying purchases. If the service does not work as advertised on a supported device and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable diagnostic period, you may request a full refund within seven days of the original purchase. Refunds are limited to the amount actually paid for the subscription and are issued back to the original payment method. Renewals, upgrades, and trial abuse are excluded. 9. Acceptable Use

Your subscription is intended for personal, household viewing only. You agree not to resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer access to the service without prior written authorization from Reflexsat IPTV, and you agree not to rebroadcast, restream, record for redistribution, or publicly display any content delivered through the platform. You also agree not to use the service to engage in illegal activity, to harass other users, to circumvent technical protection measures, or to interfere with our servers or network. Any breach of this section may result in immediate termination of your account without refund, and may also lead to civil or criminal liability under applicable United States law.

10. Intellectual Property

The Reflexsat IPTV name, logo, website design, and original written content are the property of Reflexsat IPTV and are protected by trademark and copyright law. All channels, films, and television programs delivered through the service remain the property of their respective rightsholders, and your subscription only grants a limited, personal, non-transferable right to view authorized streams during the active subscription period. We respect the intellectual property of others and respond to valid takedown notices in line with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act. 11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Reflexsat IPTV is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that any specific channel, event, or VOD title will remain available throughout your subscription, and we make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or internet connection. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you actually paid for the current subscription period. We disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without prior notice, when we reasonably believe that the user has violated these Terms, abused the free trial, attempted credential sharing, engaged in fraudulent payment activity, or otherwise placed the service or other subscribers at risk. Termination for cause does not entitle the affected user to a refund of fees already paid. You may also terminate your relationship with Reflexsat IPTV at any time by stopping your use of the service, allowing your subscription to expire, or contacting our support team to request closure of your account. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the service, in our business practices, or in applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, send a notice to the email address linked to your account or display a banner on the website. Smaller clarifications and typo fixes may be made without separate notice. Your continued use of Reflexsat IPTV after the updated Terms take effect means that you accept the revised version. If you do not agree with the changes, please stop using the service before the new Terms become effective.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or to the service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim that is not subject to mandatory arbitration or small-claims court. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision will be interpreted in the way that best reflects the parties' original intent.
